Dumpster Container

There's a surprising amount of work that needs to be done prior to the delivery of this thirty yard open dumpster container.

Unloading the dumpster container.

Let's rewind.

Before ordering the dumpster container, we had to build a driveway for a stable access path between the street and the site.

This is the pile of stumps and rotten wood trash that we want gone. It had to be moved closer to where the container will eventually be parked.

The trash pile of stumps and rotten wood bits.

Steve estimates this trash pile will take two (maybe three?) thirty yard containers to fill. Steve is going to have them - Carlo Minuto Carting - drop the container on the gravel next to this pile, so it is easy for me to load.

The container has arrived.

My job is to use the excavator to fill up the dumpster container.

Here's a pic of the container getting filled by moi.

This is what a container looks like when it's filled with stumps.

At the end of the day, we filled the container three times. Thank you for being such professionals Carlo Minuto Carting! They were very nice, a pleasure to deal with, and the right $$$ per container.

Other companies were charging an additional stump disposal fee on top of the cost of the container. Not Carlo Minuto Carting, they had a flat rate per container and did not charge us an extra stump disposal fee. By choosing Carlo Minuto Carting, we saved approximately 50%.
